I love this picture, it really makes me want to sit and watch the ocean. Seeing children sitting and watching the ocean is ... unbelievable, I've seen pictures of my children sitting still together, but I've also sat through the 200 pictures it took to make that happen.

Great picture, thank you!

The boys were very accomadating this day. I actually got a ton of great pics of them. They are all pretty big hams so they don't mind getting their pics taken. Plus they know that the sooner they sit nice for a few pics the sooner they can monkey around and play.

I know it looks like an ocean but it is actually my beloved Lake Michigan. This spot is about a mile from my house on my running route. I LOVE IT. I could sit here all day. I'm so lucky to live so close to the lake. We have a gorgeous beach just a few blocks from our house too. The boys love it. :)

Awww! I love your pictures! Very handsome young men! :) I was reading one of your earlier posts about them eating you out of the house one day (I feel your pain)! lol! My oldest is ten and already orders the BIGGEST meal at Wendys! :))

I, too, have a place by the water I love to go. There is just something about the water that is sooooo calming!

Thanks sooooo much for commenting on my blog! It was a great surprise and meant a lot to me! :)))

Words To Live By

Be grateful for each new day.
A new day that you have never lived before.
Twenty-four new, fresh, unexplored hours to use usefully and profitably.
We can squander, neglect, or use them.
Life will be richer or poorer by the way we use today.
Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could;
some blunders and absurdities crept in;
forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day.
You shall begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be
encumbered with your old nonsense.

-Ralph Waldo Emerson
