Stay warm and safe. My fingers hurt like heck when I came in from shoveling yesterday. Watch out for your little ones.

Well, at least it is really pretty. As long as you can look at it through a window in front of a warm, cozy fireplace.

WOW. Those pictures are fabulous. It is so beautiful there, even if it doesn't sound so appealing at the moment :)

Insane. I saw steam rising out of ditches yesterday morning. Ugh.

Amazing pictures! I was relieved when the kids weren't sent out for recess the past 2 days:) And I thought it felt cold last week when it was around 20 and couldn't imagine it feeling colder. Yesterday was a shock...a cold that stays with you long after you are indoors. Strange when it's so cold and almost all of the snow is gone too. Wisconsin weather always keeps us guessing. Here's to staying warm!

That is too cold to even be considered cold! Completely different level. My friend in Canada hit -30 the other day, in Alaska we are sitting comfortably in the 40's. :) Stay warm!

GORGEOUS!!!! You might be cold now but you will not be HOT in the summer. Maybe I should move.

Karen- I like being HOT way better than being cold. Maybe I should move. ;)

Words To Live By

Be grateful for each new day.
A new day that you have never lived before.
Twenty-four new, fresh, unexplored hours to use usefully and profitably.
We can squander, neglect, or use them.
Life will be richer or poorer by the way we use today.
Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could;
some blunders and absurdities crept in;
forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day.
You shall begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be
encumbered with your old nonsense.

-Ralph Waldo Emerson
