Words To Live By
Be grateful for each new day.
A new day that you have never lived before.
Twenty-four new, fresh, unexplored hours to use usefully and profitably.
We can squander, neglect, or use them.
Life will be richer or poorer by the way we use today.
Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could;
some blunders and absurdities crept in;
forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day.
You shall begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be
encumbered with your old nonsense.
-Ralph Waldo Emerson

Brrr! Looks like that in Chicago today too!
That's really beautiful. I wish we'd see some down here in the South. Have a great day!
All the schools in the area (almost the whole state) are cancelled because of cold and wind. Brrrr.
Anyone for a trip to Hawaii??
**sigh** snow... It's beautiful.
But Hawaii is nice too-- count me in! (um, wait, do I have to wear a swimsuit?)
Oh, pretty! I very much dislike the cold and snow, but I like to *look* at it. ;)
um yeah that's cold!
These pictures are stunning. I can't imagine how cold it must be!
DUDE THIS WEATHER SUCKS! Today when I woke up ours read -20. That's without the -47 windchill.
I know you feel my pain. Good thing it's so darn pretty. Nice shots!
Only 980809976548098 more days until spring.
*le sigh*.
We have the same view, here in Ohio!
Stay warm.
Wow! I'm a little jealous. It was 68 degrees here yesterday. Snow would be nice. :)
Also, if you find some of that sanity you're seeking, please let me know where to find it! I'm in desperate need! HAHA
Now I need some hot chocolate.
i miss that sound that the branches make when they are covered with ice, and they blow in the wind...
that looks so pretty...too bad it has to be cold, to look like that!
so...i'm using my mom's computer right now...had a little power outage, due to windstorms, last night! i'll be back later but, i wanted to stop by and say howdy!!
xoxo
Brrr, it's beautiful though.
Brrrr!!! That sure does put winter in perspective! Of course, it's nowhere near that way down here in Texas though.
Ok~ It's beautiful, but could ya keep it on your side of the Lake? :) Brrrr
Yep, it's cold here too. It's 0 degrees here...very, very cold! It's definitely a stay at home kind of day. =)
Brrrrrr... beautiful! :)
Brrrr....Great shots!
Whew...It's cold here to!
Thanks for your kind words on my NW Designs site!
My thoughts in order:
1. Beautiful. It got cool here. Nice, since we were in t-shirt and shorts and sweating yesterday (hot is much closer than Hawaii my friend.)
2. That looks just how my sinuses feel.
Beautiful snow pictures. It looks exactly like it does out my window.
Happy WW.
Jillian
Beautiful pictures. That's what I'm looking at, too, and I'm dreading loading up into the car to get my five year-old :(
Pretty . . .I love snow. I miss getting excited about snow days (then again, around here they cancel school if there are flurries). As a teacher I would act like a 4th grader and dance around the house when I found out I had no school. Then, you grab a cup of hot chocolate and curl under the covers . . .
Beautiful picture...I'm cold just looking at it! :D
Happy WW!
Oy..it looks like that over here too...So pretty, but so cold :( Can't we just hibernate through winter?...
Pretty pictures Kathryn - it does look COLD! Keep warm and have a good day. Kellan
ugh- too cold.
Brrrrrr those pictures make me feel like I need to throw a turtleneck on or something! GORGEOUS photos!
~melody~
Wow. Too cold for me, K. You wanna come for a visit?
Some say too cold, I say too pretty!
Beautiful, and so appropriate today!
Heidi :)
