I had completely forgotten that it was Sweetest Day today, but the hubby managed to remember. Such a smart man. He even remembered my favorite color roses. Bonus points for that, too. And yes, Sweetest Day is a sort of made up holiday but it is also kind of an anniversary for us so we like to acknowledge it every year. ****************************************

Beck at 5 Minutes for Parenting with Revelations Wow. I mean, really. Wow. I needed to read this post. And the funny thing is that I tried to get into the site a number of times and it wouldn't let me. For some reason I kept trying and kept trying and it finally let me in (a day later). I really needed to hear this. I think EVERY PARENT NEEDS TO HEAR THIS.

i'm just shocked that you have enough space on a table to place a vase, AND take its picture. I would definately be shoving things out of the way to do that. But my house isn't for sale. AND I just opened in a show. So those are my excuses and I'm sticking to them.

Looks like you guys have been having some fun lately! Your leaf trip looked great (not the cold part of course).
