WW- Just A Little Off The Top

Todd has been begging me for weeks to cut the boys' shaggy hair. All you have to do is scroll through my last post to see just how out of control their hair has gotten. I know it really bothers Todd so I finally gave in and took them to my in-home salon.

Me? I don't mind it. I actually prefer their hair a bit longer. Maybe it's because with fresh haircuts they go from looking like the wild, adorable, little boys they are to handsome little men.

And they are growing up fast enough.

Your boys are too cute.
Imagine the fun you'll have with little girl hair!
(I bet you've already imagined that!)

You do a pretty good job! My Nanny used to always trim my bangs and they were always F-ed up! It was so embarrassing.

They look very cute with their new haircuts! But I am the same as you, I hate getting my boy's haircuts because they do look so much older! I like their hair messy and long and baby-like!

Very cute. Pretty soon here I will be giving my boys (just the boys, not the hubby, ha, ha) their summer fro-hawks...that's always fun.

My goodness, they're cute! I know what you mean though, every time my son gets his hair cut, he looks a little older.

Yep, I hear ya. We just got the boys' haircut this past weekend and it is always quite different (I let it go for a while here too!) : )

They do look sharp though!

They look so cute! You did a great job!

I tried to cut Connor's hair once. I did such a horrible job (and cried a lot) that I vowed I'd never try again!

You did a good job, Kat.

I'm the same way with haircuts. It's like it ages them 5 years or something.

Great job. I trimmed Miss M's bangs this week too.

Awww, they're still cute! I cut Laura's bangs yesterday although they were shading her eyes nicely.

I agree. Every time I get Francesco's hair cut I swear he grows up just a little more.

Nah....they're still wild!

I know what you're saying - they turn into little men from little boys when they get their hair cut! But heck, they are still adorable - great job, mom! Now if I could just get motivated to do that...

Oh, they do look so much older! You did a great job, though.

Words To Live By

Be grateful for each new day.
A new day that you have never lived before.
Twenty-four new, fresh, unexplored hours to use usefully and profitably.
We can squander, neglect, or use them.
Life will be richer or poorer by the way we use today.
Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could;
some blunders and absurdities crept in;
forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day.
You shall begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be
encumbered with your old nonsense.

-Ralph Waldo Emerson
