STUNNING. Wow, you really captured a beautiful sunset.
I loved your Deep Smit post-- sorry I didn't comment, I had to lurke that day because my kids are all still sick.
Hope you're well!

This is actually a sunrise. I was up early one morning and caught a glimpse of it out my kitchen window. The sky was so pink I knew it would be a beautiful sunrise. I jumped into our truck and headed about a mile down the road, IN MY PAJAMAS, to capture the pic. Too bad I was in my jammies because there were a bunch of other folks there taking pics too. I had to stay in the truck and hang my head out the window. ;)

That just doesn't seem fair to have that view and not the temps that should go along with it! :) Stay warm!

That is deceptive! The other day I was musing how the field of snow looked just like a sea of water. Then I was like, DUH! Snow IS water. And I felt very foolish.

You could have totally lied and told us it was 80 degrees - I would have believed you! And SO jealous you are driving distance away from such beauty!

Same thing here...it looks soooo lovely with the sun shining, but's like 34 degrees outside. False advertising on Mother Nature's part!

How lovely!
But not as pretty as your Grace. She's just beautiful!

Somehow your 16 degrees looks less painful that mine. Might be all the snow. Maybe.

Words To Live By

Be grateful for each new day.
A new day that you have never lived before.
Twenty-four new, fresh, unexplored hours to use usefully and profitably.
We can squander, neglect, or use them.
Life will be richer or poorer by the way we use today.
Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could;
some blunders and absurdities crept in;
forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day.
You shall begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be
encumbered with your old nonsense.

-Ralph Waldo Emerson
