My Three Sons

There is a fabulous photo contest over at 5MinutesforMom with a grand prize of $1000. Can you believe it? All you have to do is post the photo you want judged on your blog and sign in the mister linky. The photo should be one that describes motherhood to you.

There they are. My three boys. Always making me laugh and making my heart swell. They open my eyes to the world again and again. Make everything new and exciting. Feeling the newly green grass is endlessly exciting. Watching a robin find a worm is amazing. Seeing a bulldozer down the street is unbelievable. Sitting on the porch spotting the lightening in the sky is thrilling. And raking the leaves is an all day party. Motherhood has awakened my spirit again to all that is magical in this world.
Thank you, my boys!

Is that just the best picture or what? I can't believe they are all looking at you, and no one is trying to "get" one of the other ones!

Kudos to you! Beautiful picture!

Is it okay to say your boys are BEE-YOO-TWO-FULL? Because they are breathtaking.

I said it before, I think your kids are adorable.

I'm trying to get Brittany to bring her butt up here to meet me and then we will drive somewhere to you. I doubt it will happen but it was worth a shot. LOL!

Words To Live By

Be grateful for each new day.
A new day that you have never lived before.
Twenty-four new, fresh, unexplored hours to use usefully and profitably.
We can squander, neglect, or use them.
Life will be richer or poorer by the way we use today.
Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could;
some blunders and absurdities crept in;
forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day.
You shall begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be
encumbered with your old nonsense.

-Ralph Waldo Emerson
