I Heart Faces- Beautiful Eyes

This is my first time playing along with I Heart Faces.  When I found out that the theme this week was Beautiful Eyes I just couldn't resist.

My boys have the most gorgeous blue eyes. They almost look electric.  When I first saw this pic it was almost shocking how bright blue they are.  I have always wanted blue eyes like theirs but I have grown to love my "change color with my mood" hazel eyes over the years.  I love how Grace's dark hazel eyes are such a contrast to the boys shocking blue.  Here they look kinda sad.  But still beautiful.  I love my kids' gorgeous eyes.

Beautiful! Your kids truly do have beautiful eyes. That's one of my favorite things about my kids too. They truly can be the mirror to the soul, can't they?

Your kids are all just beautiful, and I'm not just saying that because I love you! =)
All 3 of my (biological) kids have blue eyes...mine are brown, their dad's are hazel. Crazy!

Your kids' eyes are gorgeous! I wish I could take their pics!
Buttercup's eyes are just like yours. I never know how to describe them. They really do change with her mood. All 4 of my kids have different color of eyes. So strange.

Well, I'm speechless myself. But they're right though. Your kids really have beautiful eyes. I miss having eyes as young as these kids. Too bad, age seems to have caught up on me.

Words To Live By

Be grateful for each new day.
A new day that you have never lived before.
Twenty-four new, fresh, unexplored hours to use usefully and profitably.
We can squander, neglect, or use them.
Life will be richer or poorer by the way we use today.
Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could;
some blunders and absurdities crept in;
forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day.
You shall begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be
encumbered with your old nonsense.

-Ralph Waldo Emerson
