Nice approach, and what will be will be. I WILL say that as your boys get physically bigger - like taller and heavier with long legs and arms - more than 1500 sf will be a desirable thing. And there are still many firsts to come.
Sorry that I have been out of touch while living in the woods. You will certainly need more space over time--especially after the child #4 arrives. Thanks for the great thoughts about the sentimental memories associated with your house. It made me sit and think about those times in our family history. Soon a new house will seem like home.
Good luck! I think if it's in God's plan, it'll happen. It is hard moving, but a house is just a building; and you'll be close enough to still get together with old friends. (Even the lake...) Have a great weekend!
I just caught up with everything. I'm so sorry I missed the last post. I SO remember the stresses of home buying and moving. Very wise step in throwing in a low ball offer in this market. Keeping my fingers crossed that the best outcome for you and your family unfolds :)
I am so excited for you. Wow! I hope it all works out the way you would want it to. I'm also very jealous. I would love to have 5 bedrooms.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're feeling more at ease.

ReplyDeleteOh, yay! Sounds like a good plan. Kind of putting it out there but not forcing anything and seeing how it goes is often the right choice.
